1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Joblignify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Joblignify is an AI-powered resume optimization platform. Users upload their resume and paste a job description, and the Service generates a tailored resume, match analysis, keyword report, and cover letter using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided as-is and is intended as a tool to assist with job applications — it does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Pricing

The Service offers the following plans, all priced in United States Dollars (USD):

  • Trial — Free, includes 3 resume optimizations. No credit card required.
  • Monthly — $9.99 USD/month. Unlimited resume optimizations. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
  • Annual — $71.88 USD/year ($5.99 USD/month). Unlimited resume optimizations. Billed annually. Cancel anytime.
  • Lifetime — $149.00 USD one-time payment. Unlimited resume optimizations forever.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until the next billing cycle after a price change is announced.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided after resume optimizations have been generated. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents the Service from functioning as described, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a review. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload to the Service. You also own the AI-generated outputs (optimized resumes, cover letters, and analyses) produced for your account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your resume data to train AI models.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated resume content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or prompts
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume optimizations, cover letters, and analyses. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not appropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews or employment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joblignify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
